Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes
Warm the cooked chicken tenders if they’re cold, either in the microwave or briefly in the air fryer.
Lay each tortilla flat and add lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, and shredded mozzarella down the center. Add dressing if using.
Roll the tortillas tightly like a burrito, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down.
Lightly spray or brush the outside of each wrap with oil.
Air fry for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Let rest for 1–2 minutes before slicing and serving.
